Spare Parts

Who better to provide your genuine spare parts than the people who designed and manufactured them. We keep our pricing fair and transparent. We hold a vast stock and offer fast delivery of product spares – with critical parts available within 24 hours to uphold uptime of your equipment. As our robust systems have been in place for decades, you’ll be pleased to hear that we also provide up to 25 years of legacy components. Our helpful team can advise of stock availability or supply technical advice if you’re unsure what you need. We ensure critical parts are always in stock to prevent unnecessary downtime for our customers. Many will be delivered the next working day – make sure you order before 12pm.

Training

At your site or the Haigh training rooms in Ross-on-Wye (Herefordshire), Reading (Berkshire) or Clay Cross (Derbyshire): Build your ability to respond to common situations in house. This can improve your issue response times, and reduce your needs for third party maintenance providers.

Installation

Commissioning

Following installation we’ll commission your equipment to ensure it conforms and performs safely and correctly.

Guarantee

The standard warranty is 12 months for parts excluding damage due mis-use. Ask us or your local Haigh equipment supplier for information on any extended warranty options and service contracts.

Site visit support

Our engineers or project team often make occasional site visits to installations in the UK mainland over the life of the equipment. We’ll listen to feedback objectively so that we can continuously improve the design and performance of our equipment.
