RE: The next step for Sluice Room machine installation & maintenance

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to introduce you to a fresh approach to installing, upgrading and maintaining bedpan machines in sluice rooms you are responsible for: Haigh’s tried and tested Panaway / Quattro models now have a Docking Station option. This evolutionary step simplifies both installation and future maintenance, reduces costs, and improves the end results for you.

To get started, talk to us about arranging a sample Docking Station kit for you to experience for yourself, with our team available to explain further as required. Once you have assessed how this might benefit your site, all you need to do is order Docking Station kit(s) as required. Each DS kit also includes various other useful fittings such as a cold water hose, drainage, an electrical isolator. It is easy to handle and store at your site, measuring just 200mm x 400mm x 400mm, and is typically available on a very short lead time.

Once your Docking Station kit(s) arrive, installation is a breeze. Standard plumbing and electrical trade skills are required, but no specialist tools or expertise are needed. Additionally, no heavy lifting associated with the bulkier main machine is involved, so you can install one by one or all together, whichever is best for you.

Once your Docking Station(s) are installed, take delivery of your DS compatible machine(s), and if you have existing Panaway / Quattros, then speak to us about the service exchange package to get you up to the latest spec. Quick installation is then a matter for someone with a “handyman” or above experience. The main, bulkier machines are delivered straight to their location, and future maintenance is now easier too.

The Docking Station approach simplifies the overall project, reduces the cost of expensive specialists, and reduces health and safety risks. It vastly reduces storage requirements and simplifies long lead times. Additionally, it improves cash flow through the project, delivers a standardized end result, and makes future maintenance much easier as the machines can be quickly unplugged from the dock to work on.

We believe that the Haigh DS model with a Docking Station kit is the best solution for upgrading your sluice room’s bedpan machines. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a sample Docking Station kit today, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for considering the Docking Station system for your sluice rooms. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Yours Sincerely,

Jacob Shepherd
